Hospital Project

24 Hospital rooms at ground level with private bathroom under construction with opening in January 2020.

Each room is fitted with a ceiling track hoist and specialised hospital bed to achieve the best possible care solution for every resident. The building is fitted with a central air conditioning system to ensure the best possible temperature for each resident and can be adjusted in each room.

Apartments

Stage 1: Includes 16 apartments, 15 on first floor level and 1 on ground level. There are 15 one bed room apartments ranging in size from 51m to 54m and one two bed room apartment of 80m.

Stage 2: Includes 18 apartments on ground level with 14 one bed room (50m to 54m) and 4 two bed room apartments (60 to 70m)

Each apartment has double glazing, central air conditioning with individual controls, TV system, Bosch oven, induction cooktop, fridge/freeezer, Bosch washer/dryer, call bell system, smoke alarms, fire sprinklers, good quality drapes, sunfilter blinds and carpets. There are communal lounges on each floor.

The Cherry Blossom Cafe is available for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. A pool table and library is also available.

Our village vans are available for shopping trips and other outings.
